More About Author Kanika A. Reese

The Matchless Novelist

Kanika A. Reese, The Matchless Novelist, debuts in the literary field with her fast paced, drama filled, heart wrenching novel entitled Disillusion. True to life characters and art of description, mixed with a gift of storytelling and poetic expression, encompass a writing style uniquely her own and unlike anyone else’s in the urban fiction genre.

With talent recognized by others and at first not by herself, Reese decided to follow her leads.  With the guidance of her mentor, Author Michelle Larks, and a few others along the way, she completed the necessary steps and became a published author. For years, becoming a published author was just a mere dream.

Reese attended Wenonah High School in Birmingham, Alabama and Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. She is currently attending Faulkner University in Birmingham, AL. She resides in Birmingham, Alabama. She is the CEO of Peerless Publications where she is diligently working on publishing the final sequel Disillusion Too? Reese is also working on a third, free-standing manuscript entitled Hallucination. She is consistently working behind the literary scene editing, consulting, web designing and more. Kits, bios and more.

Reese is totally committed to literary awareness by consulting aspiring individuals and through public speaking. She strongly encourages individuals to find and follow their dreams and passions. She says, “Think, act, do. Don’t let anyone stop you.” This echoes her key to success.
